AM Post-44 Spiritual and Worldly achievements There are 60 periods (one period is equal to 24 minutes) of 24 minutes in a day. Man should wake up at 04:00 a.m. to 05:36 a.m. i.e. four periods and do Obeisance prayer (while sitting in Vajrasan), Meditation (while sitting in Sidhasan) and three prayers i.e. Master prayer, Improvement prayer and Control prayer (while sitting in Padmasan). If not possible then morning time can be adjusted as per one’s convenience. Along with this, one’s have to pray the prayers as per one’s need from the sixteen prayers mentioned in this book during the day as per one’s time convenience. Every human being has an organ in his head, which is called Sahastrasar and by doing systematically, successfully and balanced approach the meditation, prayer and efforts along with remembrance then drops of nectar start dripping from that organ Sahastrasar onto the head. That person becomes full of love, peace and joy i.e.that person becomes a nectar bearer person (Spiritual achievement). Along with this, by working for about 20 periods i.e. 480 minutes i.e. eight hours a day as per one’s time convenience, one can earn a good income sooner or later to lead a very good life. One can get a good house, good food, good clothes, good education, good medical care, good entertainment, good facilities, good saving, good investment, good donation and get a good standard of living along with a good career. After this, as per your convenience, you have to sleep for about 20 periods i.e. about 480 minutes i.e. eight hours and do daily activities for about 16 periods i.e. about 384 minutes i.e. 6.4 hours every day. You can adjust all these minutes as per your convenience. Along with this, a person has to spend five percent (5%) of his net income (total income - total expenses = net income) in public welfare works such as education, medical, self employment, co-operation and co-banquet etc. because a human has obligations to these five (Sadhguru i.e. God+Father+Mother+Teacher+living beings) on his head. Along with this, if for some reasons a person does not spend five percent (5%) of his net income (total income - total expenses = net income) in public works like education, medical treatment, self-employment, cooperation and co-banquet etc. then if they can, they should contribute five percent (5%) of their net income to their Aamil Mission via selecting Online Pay on this website so that the Aamil Mission can spend their money on public works like education, medicine, self-employment, cooperation and co-banquet etc. To get more information in this regard, you can take guidance from my book 'Human for Efforts' which is uploaded on my website https://www.aamilmission.com in three languages English, Hindi and Punjabi. By paying its price of $1.51/- and INR Rs.121/-, you can download this book and get help and guidance from it for balanced attitude, practice, prayer, remembrance and efforts. ‘Nimit’ 1.
