You i.e. mine reliance, support and vital-power I am getting the targets of my spiritual and worldly life by doing with balanced attitudinizes, practice, prayer and effort along with remembrance. For this I am too much thankful and grateful to you. 2. After getting time and opportunity from balanced attitudinizes, practice, prayer and efforts I do pranayam after reciting ‘Sadguru Om’. After reciting ‘Sadguru Om’ and focusing on you and on your character and concentrating my mind on you while inhaling and remembering the name ‘Sadguru’ given by you patiently, pleasurely and carefully. After one moment I am focusing on you and on your character and concentrating my mind on you while exhaling and remembering the name ‘Sadguru’ given by you patiently, pleasurely and carefully. After repeating this procedure with body, senses, vital breath, mind and brain as a medium I am doing monolithic remembrance of your name ‘Sadguru’ forever and ever as for as possible and as per my strength. As a result my existence is only with you i.e. mine. I am only at your feet shelter.
